Creating an Account

To use My Wedding Binder, you must create an account using a valid email address.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login details secure.
• Ensuring the information you provide is accurate.
• All activity carried out using your account.

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Payments

My Wedding Binder is available through a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges or hidden fees.

Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive access to the features included with your purchase.

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. My Wedding Binder does not store or have access to your payment card or bank details.

Promotions & Sale Pricing

We may offer temporary promotions, discounts or special pricing from time to time. These offers are available only during the stated promotional period and cannot be applied retrospectively to purchases made before or after the promotion.

Purchases made before the start of a promotion are not eligible for a partial refund, price adjustment or credit to reflect a later discounted price.

Promotional prices are available for a limited time only and may be changed or withdrawn without notice.

We want you to love using My Wedding Binder. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 7 days of your purchase date and we will provide a full refund. No explanation is required.

To help us locate your account and process your refund as quickly as possible, please include the email address you used when creating your My Wedding Binder account in your request.

Account Deletion

We aim to keep My Wedding Binder available and operating reliably at all times. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. From time to time the service may be unavailable due to:

• Internet outages
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We will always aim to restore service as quickly as possible.
